he Red House Venue in Kent is a one of a kind intimate event space with an outdoor heated swimming pool and pool area.
Positioned on the edge of the North Kent Downs, in Wye, close to Ashford and Canterbury.
Spaces divided between four curated areas, this stylish venue with 12-metre swimming pool offers a setting of relaxed conviviality.
Whether it's a party, a celebration with family and friends or work event, a lunch or supper club, we ensure a memorable experience, with no hint of pomp or stuffiness.
The alluring pool is flanked by cream porcelain flagstone. All spaces have comfortable, intimate seating with a country club aesthetic..
The Pool Room interior is a collage of texture and fun, textiles brought back from Asia and thoughtful lighting inside and out.
Dedicated to sustainability, the whole Pool area is powered by solar.power.
The Venue

Location: Ashford, Kent, South East England. One hour from London door to door.
The space can accomodate between 2 to 50 guests (give or take) standing and sitting. We have a selected number of dates available as this is not a mass, commercial space.
In a nutshell, the venue is a private sanctuary with a bespoke pool, pool room and elegant outdoor spaces. A sun deck, peppered with umbrellas and pegodas to give shade on the warmest of days. Evergreen planting is a main feature of the design. The vibe is paired back and understated, repleat with olive trees and Buxus topiary.
Play what you want to play, wear what you want to wear, be who you want to be in your own private space. Sip on margaritas. Nibble tacos and watch the sun go down as the pool turns from white to azure.
The space really is your own private space for you to curate a gathering exactly how you want it. Simple.

We work with several superb local private caterers to bring you personalised menu options that satisfy every palate.

The space has surround sound speakers for visitors to stream personal playlists via Spotify or Soundcloud. Opt for a DJ, harpist or full on pop band. ensamble. We can host it.

We look up to the downs and the famous Wye Crown but are not off the beaten track.
